Congratulations Class of 2018 2019 Michael G. Officer Memorial Scholarship Winner

Michael G. Officer was a long-standing Zone 126 Advisory Board member until his untimely passing in late 2017. As a way to honor his memory, Zone 126 created the Michael G. Officer Memorial Scholarship Fund to support a graduating senior at Long Island City High School as they enter the next chapter of their life. This year’s recipient of the Michael G. Officer Memorial Scholarship Fund is Batur Shairdezah who will be attending SUNY Binghamton this fall.
